This is an 11 year old Glenfarclas from the Family Casks range, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2021. It was matured in a sherry butt, cask number 1504, and bottled at 60.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is described as juicy sherry with honey, a hint of toffee and cream, and malty barley notes. The palate brings winter spice, fruitcake, toffee and a hint of smoke, with plenty of power. The finish is long, spicy and fruity, with oak.
