Glenfarclas – Family Casks S23 2007/2023 (70cl, 60.1%)

This is a single cask Glenfarclas from the Family Casks series, the Summer 2023 release. The whisky was distilled in 2007 and spent its whole maturation in a refill sherry butt. It was bottled on 20 July 2023 at a cask strength of 60.1%, without chill-filtering or added colour. The Family Casks series chooses a single vintage cask for each year, and Glenfarclas matures the series only in sherry casks.
