Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, matured for at least 12 years in American oak and European oak sherry casks.
The whisky is then rested in oak marrying tuns, which bring its sweet and subtle oak flavours together. Its fruitiness is attributed to the high cut point William Grant insisted upon, and the distillery has drawn on the same Highland spring water since 1887.
The style is creamy, with a long, smooth and mellow finish.
