The whisky spent 26 years in American and sherry oak, then up to two years in French Cognac casks, which add dried fruit and spice.
The tasting notes describe a nose of freshly baked Tarte Tatin and buttery choux pastry, followed by café crème, soft brown sugar and a hint of spice on the palate.
