Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for 14 years in ex-bourbon American oak casks, then finished in charred new American oak barrels.
The nose offers vanilla, a hint of citrus, caramelised brown sugar and cinnamon, with baked apple and ripe summer fruits against rich oak. The palate is rich and sweet, with creamy toffee, woody spices, candied orange peel and toasted oak. The finish is long, with lingering sweetness.
