This is a 14 year old Speyside single malt from Glenfiddich, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
It is finished in deep-charred bourbon barrels, which add vanilla, toffee and sweet spice to the orchard fruit character of the distillery.
The nose is orchard fruit with vanilla, toffee and warming spice. The palate is creamy, with caramel, toasted oak and a gentle lift of citrus. The finish is long, smooth and sweet.
