Glenfiddich Our Solera Fifteen is the current 15 year old expression from the Speyside distillery, in a 70cl bottle. Its name comes from the solera method used to make it.
The cellar master marries whisky from ex-bourbon, new oak and ex-sherry casks in a vat that is never left empty. The whisky gains further complexity with each draw from that vat, and the aim is a rich, rounded malt.
