Glenfiddich 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in American oak, European oak and sherry casks, then married in a large Solera vat that is never emptied, a method inspired by traditional sherry ageing.
Within the Glenfiddich range it is described as rich, warm and layered, with deeper sweetness and spice.
The nose is warm with honey, baked apple, cinnamon and dried fruit. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with sherry sweetness, vanilla, spice and rich fruitcake. The finish is smooth, warming and lingering, with gentle oak and spice.
