Glenfiddich – Fire & Cane Single Malt Scotch Whisky (75cl, 43%)

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane is a Speyside single malt in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 43% abv (86 proof). It combines peated whisky with malt matured in bourbon barrels, then finished in Latin American rum casks. It is the fourth release in the Glenfiddich Experimental Series, and the aim was a balance of campfire smoke and toffee sweetness. The nose has soft peat, like distant smoke, with sweet toffee, fresh fruit and spice. The palate shows oak, toffee, sharp green fruit and baked apple with soft smoke. The finish is lingering, smoky and sweet.
