This is a 15 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Glenfiddich, sold in a 70cl bottle under the name Valley Of The Deer.
It draws on the Glenfiddich Solera Vat, which marries whiskies matured in sherry, bourbon and new oak casks. The vat is always kept at least half full.
The result is a rich and complex whisky that gains depth and intensity each year.
