Glenfiddich – 15 Years Old Solera Reserve (70cl, 40%)

Glenfiddich 15 Years Old Solera Reserve is a Speyside single malt distilled in Dufftown, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is matured in European sherry casks, new oak casks and bourbon casks, then combined in a large solera vat that is never emptied completely. The nose is typically described as honey, raisins, vanilla and warming spices. The palate is full, with dried fruit, cinnamon, dark caramel and oak, and the finish is long and warming.
