Glenfiddich – 15 Years (70cl, 40%)

Glenfiddich 15 Years is a single malt Scotch bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in European oak sherry casks and new oak casks, then mellowed in a Solera vat, a large oak tun inspired by the sherry bodegas of Spain and Portugal. The vat has never been emptied and has been kept half full of whisky since 1998. The technique was pioneered by the distillery's Malt Master. The flavours are described as warm and spicy.
