A 16 year old Glenfiddich single malt from the Aston Martin F1 limited edition, in a 70cl bottle at 43%. It is a marriage of American oak wine casks, new American barrels and second-fill bourbon casks.
The nose offers biscuity cheesecake, maple syrup and caramelised ginger with toasted oak. The palate is confectionery sweet with a silky, syrupy mouthfeel, bringing fresh fruit salad and Chantilly cream. The finish is smooth, with a sustained sweetness.
