Glenfiddich 16 Years Aston Martin Limited Edition 1 is a 16-year-old single malt created in collaboration with the Aston Martin Formula One Team. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was shaped by Malt Master Brian Kinsman and matured in American oak. New American oak and bourbon casks together give it a layered, natural sweetness, with maple syrup and a hint of ginger.
On the palate it is rich in maple syrup and caramelised ginger, with a silky touch of fresh fruit and light Chantilly cream. The finish is smooth but pronounced.
