Glenfiddich 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the distillery in Dufftown, in a 75cl bottle. It is made in small batches of no more than 150 individually numbered casks, matured in Spanish Oloroso sherry wood and American oak. The whiskies are then married in large wooden tuns for at least three months.
Tasting notes list ripe orchard fruit, baked apple, dried figs and a touch of cinnamon on the nose. The palate brings dried fruit, candied peel, dates and baking spices, and the finish is long, with oak, dried fruit and gentle spice.
