Glenfiddich 18 Year Old is a single malt aged in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is married in small batches of only 150 casks, and the long marrying period gives each batch consistency and character.
Age mellows and ripens the distillery's summer notes, while the marrying adds richness and elegance.
The nose is rich, with ripe orchard fruit, baked apple and robust oak. The palate and finish bring dried fruit, candy peel and dates under elegant oak.
