This is a 13-year-old Glenfiddich single malt from the 1991 Vintage Reserve, released to mark Head Cooper Don Ramsay's 30 years of service at the distillery. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
Don Ramsay selected and coopered the American oak casks himself, and they were filled with new spirit in 1991. The release comes from 225 casks.
Smooth vanilla and gentle spice lead on the palate, followed by a vibrant, long finish.
