This is a 21-year-old Glenfiddich single malt finished in rum casks, bottled at 43.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose combines barley sugar, malt and brown sugar with orange peel, jam, manuka honey, chocolate and banana foam. The palate is full, with fruitcake, spice, buttery vanilla, malt, oak and candied ginger. The finish is long, with notes of mocha and jam.
