Glenfiddich 22 Year Old Gran Cortes XXII is a Speyside single malt from the Grand Series, bottled at 44.3% in a 70cl bottle. It is finished in rare Spanish Palo Cortado sherry casks, which add depth and richness.
On the palate there are dark fruit, stewed apples, marzipan and vanilla, with polished oak, cocoa and gentle spice. The finish is long and silken, with a sherry-soaked character.
