The nose is lively and vivid, with plenty of toasted oak sweetness and hints of a French patisserie: freshly baked Tarte Tatin and buttery choux pastry. On the palate it is deep, velvety and smooth, with an indulgent sweetness. Coffee cream with soft brown sugar and a touch of spice run through it.
