A 30 year old Speyside single malt from Glenfiddich, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is an older bottling from the 2000s, matured for over three decades in specially selected casks. The Glenfiddich 30 series won a Gold Medal as Best in Class at the 2007 International Wine & Spirit Competition.
On the palate it shows honeys, a salty edge, light broths and the subtlest marmalades, with a faint Thai character of basil, coriander, coconut and mild chilli.
