This is a 30 year old single malt from Glenfiddich, part of the distillery's Time series, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matured in casks of both American and European oak.
The nose balances spicy oak, tea and hay with sweeter notes of sherry, apple and toffee. The palate has a round mouthfeel and follows the nose, with oak alongside floral touches and sweet accents of toffee, sugar and apples. The finish is very long and warm, with hints of cinnamon and clove.
