Glenfiddich 31 Years Old Grand Château is a Speyside single malt from the distillery's Grand Château series, bottled in 2024 at 47.6% in a 70cl bottle.
After a long maturation, the whisky was given a nine-year finish in Bordeaux red wine casks.
The nose offers ripe red fruit and dark berries with vanilla, caramel and oak, plus a subtle winey note and warm spice. The palate brings ripe cherries, plums and dark berries with sweet vanilla, caramel and spicy wood. The finish is long and warm, with dark fruit, soft spice and oak.
