Glenfiddich – 40 Year Old Cumulative Time 18th Release Bottled 2022 (70cl, 44.6%)

The 18th release of Glenfiddich 40 Year Old, a Speyside single malt bottled in 2022 at 44.6% in a 70cl bottle. It is called Cumulative Time. It is made by remnant vatting. The master blender creates a central batch of whisky and marries it with further casks for each release, which keeps a thread of consistency through the series. The packaging looks like carved marble but is made from jesmonite, an eco-friendly resin that can be worked to resemble stone and other materials.
