Fire & Cane is the fourth release in the Glenfiddich Experimental Series, a Speyside single malt unveiled in 2023.
It is a blend of peated and unpeaked whiskies, with part of its maturation spent in ex-rum casks. The name points to both sides of the character: Fire refers to the peat smoke, and Cane to sugar cane.
It is typically described as having aromas that are both sweet and smoky.
