Glenfiddich Fire & Cane is a Speyside single malt from the Experimental Series, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
Peated whisky is combined with whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks, and the two then share a finish in casks that previously held rum.
The nose offers soft peat, smoke, toffee, spice, fruit and a touch of bitterness. On the palate come peat, oak, toffee, apple and gentle smoke. The finish is long, with lingering smokiness alongside sweetness.
