The result pairs campfire smokiness with toffee sweetness.
On the nose, soft peat drifts like distant smoke, with rich toffee, zesty fresh fruit and spice. The palate recalls a Highland peat campfire, with oak, toffee, sharp green fruit, baked apple and soft smoke. The finish is lingering smoke and sweetness.
