A 23-year-old Glenfiddich single malt from Speyside, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It matured in American and European oak casks, then spent a final six months in French Cuvée casks.
The Cuvée finish brings Glenfiddich together with the character of French sparkling wine and adds fruity nuances and a lightly creamy impression.
The nose has ripe fruit, apple and pear, with brioche, vanilla, soft oak and subtle floral notes. The palate is supple, with orchard fruit, creamy vanilla and soft caramel. The finish is long, with fruit, vanilla and gentle oak.
