A 26-year-old Glenfiddich single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in American and European oak casks, then finished in French Cognac casks.
The nose is lively, with toasty oak sweetness and the suggestion of a French pâtisserie: baked Tarte Tatin and buttery choux pastry. The palate is deep, velvety and sweet, with café crème, soft brown sugar and a hint of spice. The finish is very long, with sweet oak.
