Glenfiddich Malt Master's Edition was introduced in 2012 by the distillery's malt master, Brian Kinsman. It was the first Glenfiddich whisky to be given a double maturation, first in ex-American casks and then in ex-sherry casks.
This bottle comes from Batch 01/19, which means January 2019, and is in a 70cl bottle.
The second maturation is particularly marked, and the whisky is described as spicy and indulgent.
