This is a 12 year old Glenfiddich from the Millennium Vintage 2000 release. Casks were filled in 2000 and the whisky was bottled in 2012, in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in a mix of European and American oak casks, put together by Brian Kinsman, then the company's Malt Master. It was finished in ex-Bourbon barrels for two months and was made for the Travel Retail market.
