This Glenfiddich is the fifth release in the Experimental Series, in which Malt Master Brian Kinsman explores new flavours and collaborations. It is a single malt from a Speyside distillery, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky spent four months in Somerset Pomona casks. Somerset Pomona is a liqueur made from fine apple juice and Somerset cider brandy, using a secret blend. The result is described as a summery, fruity whisky.
