Glenfiddich – Perpetual Collection Vat 01 (1L, 40%)

Glenfiddich Perpetual Collection Vat 01 is a Speyside single malt in a 1 litre bottle, bottled at 40%. The Perpetual Collection draws its whisky from vats that are never emptied, in a solera system. Vat 01 is made with whisky from bourbon and red wine casks, and the wine influence shows clearly. The nose is sweet and floral, with apple, peach, mango, caramel and oak. On the palate fruit meets spice: black pepper, aniseed, apple, vanilla and cherries. The finish is fresh, with tannins, wood and pears.
