Glenfiddich – Perpetual Collection Vat 02 Rich & Dark (1L, 43%)

This is Glenfiddich Perpetual Collection Vat 02 Rich & Dark, a single malt Scotch bottled at 43% in a 1 litre bottle. The colour is deep gold, close to walnut. The nose is bold and vibrant, with plenty of spice and oak, freshly toasted white bread with jam, old leather and parchment. The palate is smooth and silky, where the sweetness of the spirit meets the spice of Spanish oak, giving a complex flavour that develops in the glass. The finish is deep and smooth.
