Snow Phoenix is a limited edition Speyside single malt from Glenfiddich, created to mark the events of January 2010, when heavy snow caused the roofs of several distillery warehouses to collapse.
Malt Master Brian Kinsman chose casks that survived and vatted them together: American oak ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry casks holding whisky between 13 and 30 years old. It is bottled at 47.6% ABV, non-chill filtered, in a 70cl bottle.
