Glenfiddich – Special Old Reserve 1990s (70cl, 40%)

A no-age-statement Glenfiddich Special Old Reserve Pure Malt, a Speyside single malt bottled by the distillery in the 1990s at 40%, in a 70cl bottle. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s it was the leading entry-level single malt on the market, until Glenfiddich 12 Year Old replaced it soon after the turn of the millennium. Bottles from the 1990s most likely hold whisky distilled no later than the mid-1980s.
