Glenfiddich Vintage Cask is a peated Speyside single malt, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a travel retail exclusive and a limited edition.
The whisky matured in a mix of European oak and American bourbon casks. It pairs light peat smoke with the fruity character associated with Glenfiddich, alongside soft smoke, sweet vanilla and spicy wood.
The nose is soft smoke, stewed fruit, vanilla and light spice. The palate is creamy, with peat smoke, pear, caramel and subtle wood. The finish is medium to long, softly smoky with a fresh sweetness.
