Glengoyne 10 Years Old First Fill Edition is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky in a one-litre bottle, bottled at 46%. It is matured mostly in bourbon barrels, balanced by sherry casks, and every cask is first fill. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is sweet and fruity, led by fresh green apples, then toffee, popcorn and hints of lemon zest or honey. The palate is creamy and clean, with toffee apple, caramel and honey against gentle oak, light spice and malt. The finish is medium in length, sweet and malty, with toffee, dry oak and warm cinnamon.
