Glengoyne – 12 Year Old (70cl, 43%)

Glengoyne 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Highlands, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Glengoyne dries its barley with warm air only, rather than the smoke of burning peat. This leaves the other elements that shape the distillery's character, such as the water, the barley, the oak and the sherry flavours from the casks, to come through more clearly. The 12 year old is described as well balanced, with sherry notes.
