This is an 11-year-old Highland single malt from Glengoyne, bottled by Murray McDavid as part of its Benchmark series. It was distilled in 2014, matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled in 2026 at cask strength, 56.6% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is layered and fruity, with clear citrus and vanilla and a subtle sweetness. On the palate sweet and spicy notes combine, with the fruit coming forward alongside a touch of oak. The finish is long, lightly creamy and fruity, with a gentle oak accent.
