A 21 year old Highland single malt from Glengoyne, matured in sherry casks and bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose there is toffee and currants, with bananas flambeed in rum and a note of coffee. The palate carries more toffee, along with a good deal of woody influence from the casks. The finish brings cinnamon and cardamom.
