This is Chapter Three of the Glengoyne Legacy Series, a Highland single malt bottled at 48% ABV. It has an amber colour.
The whisky matured in ex-American oak and sherry casks.
On the nose, sherry and cinnamon lead, followed by vanilla and pear. The palate is rich, with raisins and spiced buns giving way to tarte tatin and soft sherry.
