The whisky matured in ex-sherry casks made from American oak.
The nose shows deep sherry notes with cinnamon and vanilla, alongside berry preserve, apple strudel and pear. The palate is full and rich in body, with drunken raisins balanced by cinnamon bun, tarte tatin and cream sherry.
