Glengoyne White Oak is a Highland single malt from Glengyne's unpeated style, matured in first-fill bourbon casks of American white oak together with selected sherry casks. It is made with slow distillation, natural colour and no chill-filtration.
The nose is fresh citrus, vanilla, honey, light oak and a hint of coconut. The palate is creamy and soft, with vanilla custard, pear, light malt and delicate sherry notes. The finish is medium to long, fruity and sweet, with gentle oak.
