Glenkinchie Special Release 2023 is a 27-year-old single malt, bottled at natural cask strength. It was distilled, matured and bottled in Scotland.
The whisky matured in a combination of refill American and European oak, in both barrels and butts. The refill casks allow the character of the spirit to come through, while the wood adds notes of vanilla, toffee and spice, in a flavour profile described as complex and nuanced.
