Glenkinchie Distillers Edition is a single malt Scotch from the Lowlands, distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2015 at 43% ABV.
After its regular maturation in former bourbon casks, the whisky was given further time in Amontillado sherry casks. That extra stage is credited with making it complex and engaging, and it is regarded as one of the better Lowland single malts.
