Glenlivet 12 Year Old 2007 - Signatory Vintage

This Glenlivet 12 Year Old is a single cask Speyside malt, distilled in 2007 and bottled by Signatory Vintage in March 2019. It was chosen to mark The Whisky Exchange's 20th anniversary, as part of a series of young sherry-matured releases selected with Signatory. The whisky matured in a single first-fill sherry hogshead, and only 329 bottles were filled. It is described as balancing rich dried fruit sweetness with lively citrus freshness, with the sherry oak adding depth and intensity.
