Glenlivet 13 Year Old is a Speyside single malt released exclusively for France, bottled on 21 July 2021 at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It matured entirely in first-fill American oak, which gives a smooth, creamy style with vanilla, honey and fresh oak, made more pronounced by the first-fill casks.
The nose is vanilla, pear, honey and light coconut. The palate opens softly with creamy vanilla, citrus, sweet malt and hints of tropical fruit. The finish is medium long and slightly spicy, with fresh oak and soft honey.
