This is a 15 year old Glenlivet malt in a 70cl bottle, which comes in a gift box.
The whisky is finished in French Limousin oak casks at the end of maturation, and that influence can be found throughout its character. The colour is a deep amber.
On the nose there are hazelnut and spice, with black pepper alongside. The palate is rich and perfumed, with a sweetness and hazelnut in the background. The finish is very rich, with apricot, caramel and cinnamon.
