This is an 18 year old Speyside single malt from The Glenlivet, a expression produced since the 1960s. It is matured with sherry cask influence.
The nose brings honey-roasted nuts, ripe orchard fruit and gentle oak. On the palate there is poached fruit, ginger biscuits, honey and tannic oak, with delicate herbal notes and warming spice. The finish is long, smooth and lightly spiced.
